Anaconda 120mg (Sildenafil)
Cobra 120 is a drug that contains 120mg of the active ingredient
Sildenafil citrate and is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction
Cobra 120 is a drug that contains 120mg of the active ingredient Sildenafil citrate and is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. Cobra is a PDE5 inhibitor – this means it inhibits the action of the enzyme PDE5 in order to relax the muscles of the blood vessels in the penis thereby increasing blood flow to produce an erection. This effect however is achieved with the presence of sexual stimulation.
The recommended initial adult dose of Sildenafil is 50mg once daily, as needed. However, Cobra 120 may be taken 1 tablet per day orally, as needed, 1 hour prior to sexual activity. The tablet must be swallowed whole with a glassful of water. Depending on its efficacy and tolerability per individual, the dose may either be decreased or increased. Dose adjustment must be done with the advice of a healthcare provider.
Note that the maximum dose of 120mg Cobra per day should not be exceeded.
Cobra may be taken with or without food. But if taken with food, especially with foods high in fat, the onset of efficacy may be delayed.
This drug is not for use by children, women and male teenagers under the age of 18. It is not an aphrodisiac and does not protect individuals from sexually transmitted diseases.
Men allergic to Cobra, its active ingredient Sildenafil and all its inactive ingredients, must not take this medication.
Men with the following conditions must not take Cobra:

Men not permitted to engage in sexual activity must not take this drug due to certain medical conditions. A history of Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischaemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION) is also contraindicated with this drug. Those taking nitrates and any of its form must not take Cobra because the hypotensive effects may be increased and cause undesirable effects.
The conditions contraindicated from Cobra use is not limited to those stated above. It is best to seek information from a health care provider.
Cobra may cause common side effects which usually last a few hours. The common side effects are, but not limited to the following:
- Upset stomach
- Nasal congestion
- Flushing (redness, warmth)
- Back pain or muscle pain
When serious side effects are experienced, the medication must be stopped and an immediate medical help must be sought. Some serious side effects are, but not limited to:
- Sudden vision loss or decrease in vision
- Sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears
- Painful and prolonged erection

Urgent medical help is needed if an allergic reaction to Cobra occurs characterized by difficulty in breathing, hives, swelling of face, lips, tongue or throat.
An immediate medical attention is also needed for men who have a painful erection or an erection that lasts more than 4 hours. Permanent damage to the penis may occur if this side effect is ignored.
Side effects of this drug are not limited to the list above. Seek the advice of a healthcare provider for more information.
